CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows or changes within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us. If, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your hair service, we offer adjustments within two weeks of your original appointment date. Adjustments must be provided by the original stylist and are not applicable for change-of-mind requests.
