Maverick is a light-filled salon and creative space in Coolangatta, designed to feel a little removed from the usual salon rush.
Appointments are intentionally structured around one-on-one time with your stylist, giving them the space to listen, work thoughtfully and focus on the person in their chair.
Settle in, have a drink, put your phone down if you want to. The aim is simple: considered hair and a genuinely good few hours spent getting there.

Art has always been part of Maverick. The salon has evolved over the years, but our connection to local artists and creative culture remains part of the space — from the work on our walls to the people who move through it.

Parking & Access
Street parking is available along Griffith Street, however parking limits are monitored. For a little more time, three-hour parking is available in the Chalk Street car park behind Chemist Warehouse.
