Casey founded Maverick after more than 17 years in the industry, creating a salon shaped around individuality, creativity and good people. Her approach to hair is instinctive and considered, with an eye for seeing what suits the person rather than following a formula. She brings that same perspective to Maverick as a whole — creating space for both her clients and her team to do things in a way that feels individual to them.

With more than ten years behind the chair, Lily brings versatility, confidence and an easy warmth to her work. A Melbourne-born stylist now calling the Gold Coast home, she’s a true all-rounder, moving comfortably between dimensional colour, cutting and styling. Experienced and technically assured without ever feeling overdone, Lily has a genuine, relaxed nature that makes connecting with her clients feel effortless.

With ten years of experience, she has a particular love for lived-in blondes and fashion colour. Her style is relaxed, intuitive and technically considered, with an appointment energy that’s chatty, easy and distinctly Izzie.

Harrison’s love of hair started young, and what still drives him is its ability to change how someone feels. Warm and easygoing by nature, Harrison brings that same relaxed energy to every appointment, creating hair that leaves people feeling more like themselves.

Maverick has never been about everyone working in exactly the same way.
Some of our stylists are employed, some work independently, and for others rent-a-chair is the right fit. We like being able to make room for different ways of working, depending on the person, their experience and what they want from this stage of their career.
