Salon Owner / Director Stylist
Our amazing leader, Casey is a true golden girl. Growing up in idyllic Noosa she started cutting her sister and friends' hair - to her Mum’s horror! Since then she has been in the industry for 17 years, now she has created a workplace like no other, Maverick Art & Hair provides a place for visionaries, and good vibes. She recognises talent and supports both emerging and established hairdressers, which is the backbone of a dynamic salon with a family feel. Her skill and positivity seep into the team ethos everyday, making her the best boss in the business.

With over nine years of experience, Lily brings exceptional skill and creativity to the Maverick team. A Melbourne-born stylist now calling the Gold Coast home, she’s a true all-rounder—talented in every aspect of hairdressing and known for her warm, genuine nature that clients instantly connect with.

Director Stylist
Originally from Canada, Becca began her hair career there before making the move to Australia three years ago. Now based on the Gold Coast after time spent in Byron Bay, she brings nine years of experience, a calm natural and a meticulous approach to the Maverick team. Known for her soft, natural style and love of low-maintainance blondes and brunettes, Becca creates beautiful, effortless hair that feels eleveated yet easy to wear. She loves making her clients feel pretty, confident and like the best versioln of themselves. -
Izzie
Master Stylist
Creating hair that feels like an extension of the individual is at the heart of Izzie’s approach. With ten years of experience - starting in Brisbane now calling the Gold Coast home. She brings a relaxed, intuitive energy to the Maverick floor, specialising in lived-in blondes and fashion colours, focusing on listening and understanding exactly what her clients are looking for. Her vibe in the chair is chatty but chilled, making every appointment feel easy and comfortable.
Outside the salon you’ll find her binging reality TV, riding her motorbike, and embracing the lifestyle that drew her to both the coast and Maverick’s calm, welcoming space. -
Harrison
Senior Stylist
Meet our beautiful soul Harry, one of Maverick’s senior stylist. With an innate love for hair that began in his childhood. Harry loves that you can completely change the way someone feels by changing their hair, weather that be a new haircut or a fresh colour. In my spare time you’ll find him at the beach relaxing with his favourite people, paired with jalapeño margarita!
